Hargett Precision Products does its best to ship products out as soon as possible. However, since a majority of our products are custom built some delays in shipment may occur. If your order shipment timeframe is critical, it is best to check with us to get an accurate delivery date. HPP strives for the best customer service and depends on its customers so be assured prompt delivery is an important goal for us.

Information you provide to HPP will only be used by HPP and its subsidiaries. We collect personal information about you in order to refine your shopping experience with us and compile our mailing list. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our website to allow us to monitor user preferences and to assist us in making website improvements. We may also collect personal information from you from time to time, to allow us to offer you further opportunities available through this website, at your request. We process your information in order to notify you of products and services and to carry out business related activities upon your instruction. Hargett Precision Products never sells or distributes in any manner your personal information to any third party. It's sole use is to allow us to serve you better.
Warranty & Returns
Returns - Returns are accepted within 10 days of product shipment provided one or more of the warranties outlined below are valid. Customer must contact Hargett Precision Products prior to returning item(s) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). Returns must be in as-new resalable condition and returned with all originally provided packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns unless other terms are agreed to and in writing by Customer and Hargett Precision Products. Warranty - Hargett Precision Products manufactured products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when they leave our facility. Claims must be made within 10 days from shipment. Hargett Precision Products makes no claim of fitness for any purpose. Circumstances of customer's application, installation, and use are beyond our control. As such we make no warranty against failure during use or any fitment issues or any retension of use of other non-HPP components. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of Hargett Precision Products. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or damages of any kind, arising from the use of our products or parts. Hargett Precision Products does not purchase shipping insurance unless specified by customer. Claims for loss or damage during shipment must be made by customer to the carrier within three days. Do not ship the product back to Hargett Precision Products. Retain all packaging for inspection by the carrier. Disclaimer - Auto racing and high performance products are an inherently dangerous activity that can lead to loss of property, personal injury or death. Hargett Precision Products accepts no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of its products. The use of the name Porsche in descriptions by Hargett Precision Products is for the sole purpose of description and in no way infers or intends a direct connection between Hargett Precision Products and Porsche A.G.
